This depends on the complexity of the business and can range from $3000 to $5,000 plus GST.
The overall process takes approx. 10 business days. The first step is gathering relevant financial data and comparing industry benchmarks. Once all is compiled, we then arrange a 1-2 hour meeting to present you with the report of our analysis.
We require up to 4 years of financial reports (if available), the most recent strategic business plan (if one is in place) and the 3-way forecast/budgets for the current year if these have been prepared. Elements will also request access to the business’s Xero files to receive current financial positioning and help allow us to check any more detailed abnormal items as part of our assessment.
The Elements advisory division will gather the information as well as compare industry benchmarks. The report and results will be presented by senior advisors in the Elements team.
